DAY 1: NGORONGORO

Depart Arusha Airport by light aircraft for 30 minute flight to Lake Manyara Airstrip. Met at the airstrip and transferred to Ngorongoro Lemala Camp.
Afternoon at leisure to explore the camp's beautiful surroundings.

Overnight Lemala Ngorongoro Camp

LEMALA NGORONGORO is a new intimate camp on the rim of the crater offering luxury accommodation under canvas in large spacious tents with wooden platform and rugs.

The mess area is beautifully furnished with grand sofas, lamps, book and corner cabinets in old wood, chests and rugs.

Meals are served al fresco or inside the mess and all guests are invited to sit together with the naturalist at dinner time. Laundry and house beverages (wine, beer, spirits, soda, water, tea and coffee) are included at meal time. Lemala Ngorongoro offers great charm and luxury in a delightful prime location on the rim of the crater.

DAY 2: NGORONGORO

Full day Crater Safari with picnic lunch.

NGORONGORO CRATER is a fascinating and unusual conservation area which includes the phenomena of the Ngorongoro Crater at its centre, and then extends through the Crater Highlands, in which local tribes are permitted to maintain their traditional lifestyles in as natural environment as possible. This extraordinary volcanic landscape is rich and fertile, with stunning craters and lakes, and the high altitude creates a malaria-free micro climate.

The Ngorongoro Crater is the world's largest intact caldera in an exceptional geographical position, forming a spectacular bowl of about 265 square kilometres with sides up to 600m deep, the stalking ground of around 20,000 to 30,000 wild animals at any one time.

Although animals are free to move in and out of this contained environment, the rich volcanic soil, lush forests and spring source lakes on the crater floor tend to incline both grazers and predators to remain here throughout the year.

DAY 3: EASTERN SERENGETI

Breakfast & transfer to Lake Manyara Airstrip for scheduled flight to Serengeti National Park ETD 1000hrs. Upon arrival at Seronera Airstrip you will be met and transferred to your camp. Lunch and afternoon game drive.

Overnight Serengeti Migration Camp

SERENGETI MIGRATION CAMP is a permanent luxury lodge in the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. The lodge is located in the Northern Corridor of the park, on the main wildebeest migration route between the Serengeti and the Maasai Mara, along the bank of the Grumeti River.

Eating outdoors under the stars and sleeping under canvas, listening to the sounds of the bush. The camp has just twenty luxury safari tents, which are arranged in pretty random fashion around the lodge.

DAY 4: EASTERN SERENGETI

Full day Serengeti National Park with morning and afternoon game drives. SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK is one of the most celebrated wildlife reserves in the world.

This land is justifiably famous for its huge concentrations of wildlife, especially the big cats, as well as being the stomping ground of the Great Migration, a massive accumulation of 1.5 million wildebeest, 200,000 zebras and 350,000 gazelles stretching their legs over 1,200 miles in an annual race to find enough water and green grass for their survival.

Overnight Migration Camp

DAY 5: WESTERN SERENGETI

Breakfast and transfer to the airstrip. Depart by scheduled flight to Western Serengeti. Upon arrival at the airstrip you will be met and transferred to your camp. Lunch and afternoon game drive.

Overnight Grumeti River Camp

GRUMETI RIVER CAMP is situated in a remote valley in the western corridor of the Serengeti National Park, just 50 kilometres (31 miles) east of Lake Victoria - Africa's largest lake.

Each tented suite features a large bed made of Tanzanian cypress and comfortable deck furniture both in and outdoors.

DAY 6: WESTERN SERENGETI

Full day Western Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives.

Overnight Grumeti River Camp

DAY 7: ARUSHA

Early morning game drive. Breakfast and transfer to the airstrip for your departure flight at 1200hrs arriving Arusha 1300hrs at the end of your safari.
